Judy Marie Lewis Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2020, at the age of 86, Judy Marie Lewis (Fairdale, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Roy E. Lewis; and her son Roy A. Lewis "Tony". She is survived by: her children, Douglas, Timothy (Linda), Samuel Lewis (Mary Ann) and Donna Smith (Duane); her grandchildren, Clayton, Darran, Matthew Lewis (Amanda), Ethan Smith and Victoria Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Jillian and Luna Lewis.
