She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Skaggs; her son Ronald Skaggs; and her parents, Elgin Thompson and Goldie Mae Thompson. She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Smith, Janice Miller, Patricia Kinsey, Rita Erwin and Tammy Daugherty. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
