He is survived by: his children, David Blain (Karen), Sue Smith, Michael Blain and Joanne McKinney (Gary); his grandchildren, Joe, Krisy, David, Brittany, Billy and Nicole; and also Mike Mills. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
