Jack West Jr. Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack West Jr. of Fairdale, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack West Sr. and Patricia West (Finnell); his wife Barbara; and his brother Jerry West. He is survived by: his sons, Brent West (Luisa) and Ryan West (Megan); his grandsons, Noah and Caleb West; his brothers, Donnie West, Ron West (Susan) and Kevin West (Beth); and also Patricia West. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other dear family and friends.

In Lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to St. Gregory Grade School.
