He is survived by: his caregiver Nettie Tewell; his sisters, Betty Greenwell and Mary McGimsey (Libby); his stepchildren, Jimmy Carpenter (Tammy) and Evetta Skaggs (Spike); his niece Pam Kursh; his sister-in-law Fern Morris (Danny); and also David Underwood.
