She was predeceased by: her mother Patsy Byerly; and her great grandchild Tallulah Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Hack; her father Jerry Byerly (Jo); her daughter Jennifer Hardin (Scott); her grandchildren, Kaylynne and Kathryn; her son Chad Hack (Amy); her grandsons, Austin, Anthony and Andrew; her daughter Kimberly Wulf (Cory); her grandchildren, Brayden and Emma; her siblings, Terry Byerly (Pam) and Tammy Byerly; and also Vayda Daley.
