He is survived by: his son Embry; his close friend Sylvia Hurd; his daughter Andrea Schroeder (Jeff); his granddaughter Karen Loyd (Decker); his great grandchild Nathan Loyd; and his sisters, Joyce Adams (Chris Sinclair) and Donna Underhill.
