He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth "Kenny" Michael. He is survived by: his siblings, Cynthia "Cindy" Haas (Chad) and Corvette "Corey" McIntosh (Tabatha); his children, Sabrina Nelson, Frank Evans III, Justin Evans and Savannah Scarlott; his niece Ciarra Jones (Logan); and his nephews, Jordan Losik and Brett McIntosh. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and many cousins.
