She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Price and Loretta Brown Price; her husband Orbie Pennington; her daughter Judy Coulter; and her siblings, Holland, Vernon, Lilburn, Jimmy Price, Carrie Kell, Dorothy Payne and Algie Swift.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Pennington (Sherry) and Diane Wagoner (Kevin Allen); her grandchildren, Steve Pharris, Amanda Wagoner and Brittany Brooks; and her great grandchildren, Bethany Pharris and Donovan Pharris.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at the Russell Springs City Cemetery.
