She was predeceased by: her parents, Volney Phelps and Bessie MacGlothen Phelps; her husband Billy Joe Motley; her daughter Kathy Jo Motley Cole; and her siblings, Alma Staton, Helen Frye, Lexie Collier, Jack Phelps and Bud Phelps.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Marvin Cole of Ezel, KY; her grandchildren, Christopher Todd Cole (Aundrea) of Ezel, KY, Eric Cole (Shelley) and Leigh Anne Stiltner (Joe) of Morehead, KY; and her great grandchildren, Shelby Jo Cole, Audrey Cole, Presleigh Jo Stiltner and Cole Stiltner.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Ezel Prebsyterian Church or the Ezel Cemetery.
