She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sliva and Anna Papcum Sliva; her husband Harold; and her siblings, Frank Sliva, Edward Sliva, Joseph Sliva, Raymond Sliva, Bernard Sliva and Therese Sliva.
She is survived by: her children, Harold, Shelia Ann Bolin of Campton and Kariann Hamm of Ezel, Kentucky; and her sister Florence Sliva of Cincinnati, Ohio.. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; and one sister.
