He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Audie Adkins and Claire Trimble Adkins; his wife Barbara Barker Adkins; his daughters, Tonya Lowe (Riley), Nada Williams and Nova Roe (Gary); his grandchildren, Skylar, Talon Lowe, Shelby Marcum (Chris) and Bethany Barker; his great grandchild Owen Marcum; and his sister Imogene McGuire.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home (367 Main St, West Liberty, KY 41472). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
