She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Allen and Wanda King Allen; her daughter Lisa Carol Adkins; and her children-in-law, Terry Dotson and Melissa Adkins.
She is survived by: her husband Willis Palmer Adkins; her children, Willis Gene Adkins of Cadiz, Kentucky and Donna Dotson of Flemingsburg; her granddaughter Shonna Dotson Gray (Kyle); and her great grandchild Owen Gray.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals, Inc. (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the Davidson Memorial Gardens (Ivel, KY 41642).
