It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Francis Watkins Throckmorton (Ewing, Kentucky), who passed away on January 1, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Watkins and Irene Mitchell Watkins; her husband Walter; her son-in-law Ricky Dale; her stepson John Throckmorton; her sisters, Sylvia White, Dottie Watkins, Lillian Watkins and Faye Alexander; and her granddaughter Erika Dale.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Jolly (Maria) of Ewing, Mike Jolly (Laura) of Ewing, Ricky Jolly of Ewing and Darlene Dale of Ewing; her sister Bessie Thornsburg of Carlisle, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Cassie Stephens (Noah), Ricky L. Jolly, Alva Shields, Jessica Hunt, Jordan Morris, Chris Sapp, Lucas Jolly, Michelle Stacy and Michael Jolly. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Price Brothers Funeral Home (5197 Elizaville Rd, Ewing, KY 41039). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
