He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Johnson Hartley; his daughter Annette Knipp of Ewing, Kentucky.; his stepchildren, Leonard Burke, Jr. of Flemingsburg and Emily Miller (Mark); and his grandchildren, Christine Knipp, Brittany Burke, Brandon Burke, Bradley Burke, Paige Miller and Ashley Miller.
