He is survived by: his wife Jackie Galligher Kirby; his children, Billy Joe Kirby (Karen) and Paula Soister (Michael); his grandchildren, Kelly Ridings (Jay), Courtney Gray (Josh), Paige Hephner (Shannon), Christian Soister (Makayla) and Chad Kirby (Megan); his great grandchildren, Maddox Ridings, Makenzie Kirby, Ethan Gray and Scarlet Jade Hephner; his sisters-in-law, Eddis Hester and Scottie Brown (Louis "Sy"); and his niece Sharon Lightner.
