He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Campbell and Beulah Hunt Campbell; and his brother Ricky Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Carpenter Campbell; his stepdaughter Crystal Gail Gray (Derek Isaacs) of Nicholas County, Kentucky; his sisters, Linda Blankenship of Paris and Pearl Campbell of Carlisle, Kentucky; his grandsons, Robert Mason (Shelby), Andrew Gray, Dawson Wayne Mason and Colton Layne Mason; his great grandchild BriLynn Simms; and his nephews, Mike Blankenship (Crystal) and Jeff Blankenship. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
