He is survived by: his wife Delores Humphries Fields; his daughters, Penny Story (Carl Day Story) of Poplar Plains and Sherry Fields of Ewing; his nephew Larry Dion Fields of Nicholasville; his grandchildren, Ashley Dixon of Flemingsburg and Brandy Carpenter of Ewing; and his great grandchild Jackson Dyer.
