He is survived by: his wife Delores Humphries Fields; his daughters, Penny Story (Carl Day Story) of Poplar Plains and Sherry Fields of Ewing; his nephew Larry Dion Fields of Nicholasville; his grandchildren, Ashley Dixon of Flemingsburg and Brandy Carpenter of Ewing; and his great grandchild Jackson Dyer.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Price Brothers Funeral Home (5197 Elizaville Rd, Ewing, KY 41039). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sunnyside Cemetery.
