She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosie Sexton McVey and George McVey; her son Eugene Napier; and her siblings, Brass McVey, Allen McVey, Myrtle Burkhart and Lacey McVey.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Napier, Jr. (Verna) of Douglas, GA, Allen Napier (Sue), Sharon Clark (Kenneth), David Napier, Terry Napier (Kaye) of Coshocton, OH and Paula Branson (Timothy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
All guests in attendance are required to wear some type of facial covering while practicing social distancing as prescribed in the mandates issued by the Governor of Kentucky.
