It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Herman Blakley of Evarts, Kentucky, who passed away on February 5, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lewis Blakley and Mildred Jones Blakley. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Stevens Blakley; his children, Kevin Blakley (Harlan) and Brandy Blanton (Eric); his grandchildren, Morgan, Dalton Blakley and Kinsley Blanton; and his siblings, Janet Johnson, Joyce Luttrell (Gurney), Jerry Blakley (Doris), Harold Blakley (Chrissy) and Randy Blakley (Vicki). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Per mandates set by the Governor of Kentucky, everyone attending is required to wear some type of face covering and maintain social distancing.
