It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Stevens Blakley of Evarts, Kentucky, who passed away on September 14, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Herman Blakley; her parents, James "Trap" Stevens and Georgia "Johnnie" Smiddy Stevens; and her brother Billy Joe Stevens. She is survived by: her children, Brandy Blanton (Eric) and Kevin Blakley (Angie); her brother Don Stevens (Inez); and her grandchildren, Morgan Blakley, Dalton Blakley and Kinsley Blanton.
