He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Marie Napier Farley; his parents, Arvel Farley and Bessie Hobbs Farley; his son David Farley; his brother Donnie Farley; and his grandsons, Ricky Lee Farley and Dakota Farley.
He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Farley, Jr. (Evarts), Ricky Farley (Evarts), Malissa Middleton (Kenvir) and Alfred Farley (Tammy); and his siblings, Henry "H. L.", Ella Fultz (Herman), Tina Farley Napier and Sue Farley. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
