He is survived by: his former wife Treva Kelly Zunda; his grandchildren, Carissa Caudill (Justin) of Evarts, Jaylin Preston of Evarts, Ashley Preston of Evarts and Mason Preston of Evarts; and his siblings, Dollie Nantz Bohr (Tom), William Zunda (Laura) and Kyle Zunda (Diane). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
