He is survived by: his wife Wanda Vanover Blevins of Indianapolis; his children, Raleigh Blevins (Angel) of Indianapolis, Kimberly Blevins of Indianapolis and Matthew Blevins of Indianapolis; his granddaughter Ashley Blevins; and his great grandchild Makai.
