He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Darlene Wilson Adkins; his parents, William "Bill" Adkins and Flora Roberts Adkins; his son Raymond Adkins, Jr.; and his brothers, Charles, Earl, Bill and Damon Adkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Misty Adkins; his grandson Cole Manning; his sister Charlene Langley; and also Jordan Rayeann Adams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
Per mandates set by the Governor of Kentucky, everyone attending must wear some type of face covering and maintain social distancing.
