She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Theodore Fox, Jr.; her parents, Frank Noe and Dessie Norwood Noe; her siblings, Eugene, Clarence, Joe B. Noe, Lorene Dodson, Betty Reddington, Ola Robertson, Juanita Simpson, Dorothy Cortney and Sue Turner; her grandchildren, Dustin and Emily; her great grandchildren, Abigale, Aiden Layton and Nevaeh; her son Tex Layton; her nephew Bubby Turner; and her niece Billie Rodriques.
She is survived by: her children, Angel Layton of Verda, Cindy Mefford (Randy) of Verda, Teddy Fox of Verda, Sam Fox (Ashley) of Harlan and Trevor Fox (Samantha) of River Ridge; her grandchildren, Kasey (Teddy Creech), Megan (Zack Thomas), Dakota (Kayla Layton) and Derek Mefford (Zander Fox); and also, Riley, Braydon, Isabel, Harley, Emma, Gracie, Claire, Hunter, Anna and Nova. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
