She is survived by: her husband Jamie Causey; her daughters, Veronica Furgerson (Billy Wayne) of Sweet Water, Sherri Ahlstrom (Eric) of Sweet Water and Terri Goodman (Kenneth) of Sweet Water; her siblings, Earl Lee Middleton (Demples), Hayward Middleton (Jane), James Middleton (Charlene), Larry Middleton (Carol), Delilah Joyce Abner of Evarts and Kathy Couch of Evarts; her sisters-in-law, Jean Middleton, Etta Mae Middleton, Sandra Sizemore, Shelia Smith of Middlesboro, Rita Hamlin and Tommy Cumberland; and her grandchildren, Megan Baird, Bryson Furgerson, Jamie Goodman, Leif Ahlstrom, Kailee Ahlstrom, Alayhna Goodman and Fannie King.
