She was predeceased by: her husband Tommy Lewis; her parents, Jay Gibson and Ruth Allen Gibson; and her siblings, Carol Varner, Jim Gibson and Jerry Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Deanna Callihan (Jerry), Betty Crawford and Tommy Gilbert Lewis (Beth); her siblings, Betty Janes of Earlville, IL, Cathy Strothman (Larry) and Roger J. Gibson; her grandchildren, Morgan, Logan Callihan, Thomas (Rebecca), Robert, Andrew Crawford, Brandon, Corbin, Tommy, Anakin Lewis, Joan, Trina and Isaac Windburn; and her great grandchildren, Melody Moore and Richard Charles Moore IV.
