She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Mefford and Madge Mefford; her siblings, Willard, Wilburn, Leroy, Joe, James, Jerry Mefford, Sue Sutton and Shirley Pryor; her grandson Garland Farley; and her great grandchild Jhett Couch.
She is survived by: her sisters, Callie Ruth Quillin of Georgetown, KY, Elezan Fee of Louisville, KY and Carolyn Mefford of LeJunior, KY; her children, Tony Mefford (Susan) of Evarts, Robert Mefford (Linda) of Evarts, Shelia Smith of Evarts and Stephanie Mefford of Evarts; her grandchildren, Amy Stanley (Keith) of Rocky Face, GA, Scott Mefford (Erica) of Evarts, Missy Farley of Corbin, KY, Charleigh Mefford of Evarts, KY, Josh Couch (Brittany) of Evarts, KY, Brittany Couch of Evarts, KY, Ethan Aslinger of Evarts, KY and Evan Aslinger of Evarts, KY; and her great grandchildren, Brock Ballew, Liam Stanley, Abbie Jones, Becca, Braydon Mefford, Kaylee Mefford, Braylee Couch and Jaxon Couch. She is also survived by grandkids, other relatives and friends.
