He is survived by: his son John Leslie Lindsay, Jr. (Mandy) of Maryville, TN; his granddaughter Peyton Caldwell (Justin); his great grandchild Sawyer Cole Caldwell; and his siblings, Billie Ruth Ison, Brenda Napier, Sheila Lindsay, Judy Rodgers, Bill "Mink" Lindsay, Danny Lindsay, Rick Lindsay and Carl Lindsay.
