She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Dean and Polly Napier Dean; and her siblings, Gladys Dean, Jewell Stewart, Anna Sue Satterfield and Reverend Sonny Dean.
She is survived by: her children, Sally Middleton (Cotes), Bill Stewart (Jones Creek), Kathy Cochran (Marvin) of Grafton, WV and Aiden Stewart (Jones Creek); her grandchildren, Kelly Campbell, Jan Clark, Natasha Strunk, Derek Cochran, Cody Stewart, Sara Parker, Taylor Cochran and Jesse Cochran; and her siblings, Yvonne Stewart, Eloise Curry, Mildred Dean Wynn, Penny Middleton, Mary Jones and Paul Dean. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
All guests in attendance are required to wear some type of facial covering while practicing social distancing as prescribed in the mandates issued by the Governor of Kentucky.
