He is survived by: his wife Sue Ann Johnson Pace; his mother Lois House Pace; his sons, James Wayne Pace II, Samuel Pace, Jr. and Christopher Ray Pace (Shields); his sisters, Debbie Johnson, Brenda Johnson (Carl "Dino"), Shields, Mary Bush and Holmes Mill; his granddaughters, Kathy Sue and Hannah Pace; and his close friends, Susie Redwine, Steve, Ginger Duff, Bill and Vicki Moore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
