He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Troutman and Thelma Rose Troutman. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kay Turner Troutman; his children, Laura Troutman Posey (Jamie) of Tazewell, TN and James F. W. Troutman II (Whitney Mitchell); his sister Linda Sirles of Coconut Creek, FL; and his grandchildren, Anna Posey, Rhett Posey and Asher James Troutman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
