He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn D. Manning, Sr. and Lois R. Napier Manning; and his siblings, Kay Frances Begley (James) and Don Manning, Sr. (Charlotte). He is survived by: his wife Gwen King Manning; his son James W. Manning; his grandsons, Cole and Jaxxon Manning; his siblings, Karen Witt (David), Neil Manning, Sr. (Michelle) and Glenn D. Manning, Jr. (Sue); his siblings-in-law, Otis King (Floralou) and Rhonda King; and his close friends, Randy Johnson, Ken Clark and Orville Wynn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Per mandates set by the Governor of Kentucky, everyone attending is required to wear some type of face covering and maintain social distancing.
