We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2021, at the age of 74, Herbert Cecil Stallard Jr. of Evarts, Kentucky, born in Harlan, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Cecil Stallard, Sr. and Jean Madden Stallard; and his brothers, Earl and Leroy Stallard. He is survived by: his wife Janeen Grills Stallard; his children, Retha Heavener (Lee), Dinah Givens (William) and Jaysin Stallard (Bridgette); his grandchildren, Josh Heavener of Crooksville, OH, Jordan Heavener (Amber), Lindsay Snider (Josh), Blake Vermillion (Taylor) and Bradley Givens of Junction City, OH; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Parker Heavener, Carly Snider and Karmen Vermillion; and his brothers, Nathan Stallard (Brenda) and Curt Stallard (Susan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Per mandates set by the Governor of Kentucky, everyone attending must wear some type of face covering and maintain social distancing.
