She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Martin (Arnold); her siblings, Jay W. Peace, Jr. (Carolyn) of Phoenix, AZ and Carole P. Frazier (Jim) of Louisville, KY; her nephews, Brent Frazier (Katie) and Brian Frazier of Shelbyville, KY; and her cousins, Margaret Shackelford of Talbott, TN, Ron Smith of Talbott, TN, Emmett Holcomb of Ocala, FL and Lena Blevins.
