She is survived by: her daughters, Martina DeBusk of Evarts and Jill Blevins of Evarts; her grandchildren, Gary Thomas, Kristen Blevins (Quentin) and Michael Blevins (Chelsea); her great grandchildren, Natasha Sizemore, Denver, Hannah Simpson, Paisley Heaven and Connor Blevins; her great great grandchild Greyson Simpson; and her close friend Shonda Day.
