He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Napier, Sr. and Willie Lee Napier; his wife Lynn Middleton Napier; his children, Eugene Napier (Renee), Brian Napier of Speedwell, TN, April Napier of Maryville, TN, Justin Napier (Melissa), Matt Napier (Sandra), Kevin Burke of Somerset, KY and Gail Huff (Chad); his siblings, Terry Napier of Conesville, OH, Paul Napier, Jr. of Douglassville, GA, David Napier of Kenvir, Allen Napier of Kenvir, Paula Napier and Sharon Clark; his grandchildren, Seth Napier, Coby Napier, Julien, Collier Gorkisch, Hunter, Alex, Aiden, Cain Napier, Kendra Burke, Zack Burke, Haley Huff, Courtney and Logan Sandlin; and his great grandchildren, Caden and Abbigail Burke. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
All guests in attendance are required to wear some type of facial covering while practicing social distancing as prescribed in the mandates issued by the Governor of Kentucky Burial will follow in the Evarts Memorial Gardens with his family and friends serving as pallbearers.
