He is survived by: his wife Patsy Hatfield Hall; his children, Earl Wayne Hall (Melissa) and Cheryl Huff (Elmer); his daughter-in-law Donna Hall; his siblings, Elmer Hall, Cleo Howard and Roberta Pennington; his grandchildren, Cody Hall, Brittany Ison (Raven), Destiny Posey (Ron), Ashley Duncan and Kierston Huff; and his great grandchildren, Bailey Jo Posey, Asher Ison, Grant Wiser, Remington, Raelynn Black and Karter Hindman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
