He is survived by: his wife Kenova Clark Pittman; his parents, Dovie Estep Pittman Lambert and Donald David Pittman, Sr.; his children, Breanna Haywood (Alex), Jonathan Pittman and Hannah Pittman of Johnson City, TN.; his sisters, Donna Welch and Dana Lynn Kinney (Richard); his mother-in-law Juliet Clark; his sister-in-law Judel Clark; and his close friends, John Parker, Jason Parker, Wade Saylor, Mike Rutherford, Greg Eldridge, Jr. and Alex Haywood. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
