He is survived by: his wife Joyce King Kinney; his children, Carolyn Winn, Deanna Tyree (Bruce), Rick Kinney (Dana), Marilyn Blevins and Joanie Shuler (Kenny); and his sister Wilma Jean Kinney. He is also survived by friends including his special pet.
