He was predeceased by: his parents, Tilford "Tiff" Cusick and Gladys Ellis Cusick. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Arnett Cusick; his son Clark Cusick, Jr.; his stepdaughters, Joyce Stewart (Glen), Juanita McCollum of Dalton, GA and Melissa Galego (Norb); and his grandchildren, Tiffany, Tamara Cusick, Selena, Maricela Vina, Ezekiel, Larissa Fraire, Ariel McCollum, Matthew Leonard and Ashley Rignay.
