She was predeceased by: her parents, McKinley Skidmore and Amanda Blevins Skidmore; her significant other Dillard Rigney; her sons, Paul Rigney, Sr., George Rigney and Dillard "JuneBug" Rigney, Jr.; her grandson Brandon Rigney; and her siblings, Lawrence Skidmore, Frank Skidmore, Jim Skidmore, Willie Skidmore, Alice Napier, Gracie Gunn and Polly Harrison.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Amy Johnson, Jamie Truitt, Shawn "Jack" Rigney, Larry Rigney, Jr., David Rigney, Paul Rigney, Jr., Tonya Rigney, Maggie Rigney Goley, Susan Curtis, Shirley Curtis, Clarence "Monk" Curtis, Bradley Luttrell, Megan Luttrell, Debra Smith, Kenny Rigney, Jonathan Rigney, Alex Rigney and Jonavan Rigney; her sister Evelyn "Justice" Eddins of Coudersport, PA; and her brother-in-law Pete Rigney (Brenda). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
