She is survived by: her parents, Bobby "BJ" Blevins, Jr. and Bridgett Bruce Blevins of Evarts; her brothers, Dylan and Ethan Blevins; her grandparents, Walter Bruce and Vika Thomas Blevins; her uncles, Kenneth Perkins and Zack Thomas (Megan); and her cousin Anna Thomas.
