She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ray and Emma Ruth Smith (Bailey); and her brother Bailey R. Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, John D. Smith (Marlana) of Eubank and Helen Palmer of Eubank. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
