He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemont Eubank and Nora May Eubank (Griffin); his wife Lois Eubank; his children, Lemont "Lee" Eubank, Linda Jones and Kathy Eubank; and his siblings, Zenas Eubank, Ruby Davidson, Glenda Keith and Bertha Eubank.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Measel, Malena Whitaker of Eubank, Kentucky and Tim Eubank of Eubank, Kentucky; his daughter-in-law Deborah Eubank; his grandchildren, Stephanie Wesley, Jessica Vaught (Derrick), Matthew Whitaker, Timothy Lewis and Katie Robinson; and his great grandchildren, Jamie Wesley (Ian), Benjamin Vaught, Chandler Robinson and Scarlett Vaught.
