She is survived by: her husband Morgan Spencer; her children, Jeff Spencer (Donna) of Eubank, Robert Spencer (Heather Rosenberger) of Eubank, Ernest Spencer (Kim Cress) of Eubank, Frances Mitchell (Delbert) of Eubank and Michelle Coffey (Steve) of Eubank; her siblings, Junior Allen of Eubank, Ilene Morgan of Eubank and Gracie Hampton of Waynesburg; her grandchildren, Belinda, Robbie, LeeAnne, Kendra, Natalie, Tiffany, D. J., Kelli, Courtney, Sonia, Mykal, Lacey and Macey; and her great grandchildren, Mikel, Braeden, Jaycee, Parker, Morgan, Zander, Braxton, Chloe, Jaxon, Ellie, Emily, Zack, Dalton, Micah, Asher, Brayden, Kohen, Jacob and Andrew.
