He was predeceased by: his father Moses; his son Donald Bray; his grandson Justin Trent Bray; and his siblings, Zelma F. Hargis, William E. Hargis, Thrilda J. Hargis, Thelma Floyd, Tressica Sims, Thurman Hargis, Justine Tackett, Josephine Lee and Thomas Hargis.
He is survived by: his spouse Omalee Hargis; his son Daniel Bray (Vicki); his grandson Ian Tyler Bray; and his nieces, JoAnn Witt and Kathe Godby.
Viewing was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Main Chapel (5900 US Hwy 27, Science Hill, KY 42553). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Eden Cemetery.
