He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Ashley and Regina Leach Ashley; his sons, Zach Ashley of Eubank and Austin Ashley of Eubank; his sisters, Amanda Bennish of Eubank and Kristal Tillett of Eubank; and his nieces and nephews, Brianna Bennish, Brittany Tillett, Brandon Bennish, Nathan Bennish and Tyler Tillett. He is also survived by father to his sons.
