He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Allen and Norma Castle Holt; and his brother-in-law Chuck May. He is survived by: his sister Robin May of Stanford; his nephew Christopher Shane Harris (Aleshia) of Richmond, KY; and his great-nephew Caidan McQueen.
